FOOT CARE TIPS :
- This Foot care routine doesn’t take longtime , so you can use the following tips twice in a week atleast.
- Soak your feet for 15 mins in a bowl of warm water for soften of dirt and for fast removal of dead skin using pumic stone.
- Dry your feet well , especially between your toes , trim your toe nails by cutting straight across the tip and sharp corners with an emery board.
- Don’t sit for long periods of time ( especially with your legs crossed ).
- Better to not expose your feet to cold temparatures.
- Wearing comfortable shoes that fit well can prevent many foot ailments and also wear clean socks or stockings, changed daily. Don’t wear any that are too short or too tight.
- Some people’s feet sweat in such case wearing leather shoes or sandles are good.
- Keep your feet nails trimmed and while applying nair polish put cotton among fingers to seperate.
- The best exercise for the feet is to walk bare feet on the grass in your garden, if possible.
